You are eligible for a refund if you meet both of the following criteria:
- You have not accessed, used, or downloaded the training course within 14 days of your subscription date.
- You have completed the course but did not receive Continuing Medical Education (CME/CPD) credits (In Mumaris +) or accredited certificates for practitioners outside Saudi Arabia due to technical issues on our end.
Refund Exclusions
You are not eligible for a refund if any of the following applies:
- You have accessed, used, or downloaded the training course.
- We have evidence that someone else has used your account. In this case, we also reserve the right to terminate your account permanently.
- Your account has been reported or banned for violating our terms and conditions.
- You have completed the course but failed to receive CME/CPD credits (In Mumaris +) for practitioners in Saudi Arabia due to reasons beyond our control, such as (but not limited to):
- Your specialization does not match the target audience of the course.
- You have problems with your license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
- You did not comply with the CME attendance policies.
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to [email protected] from the email address you used to register for the course.
- Include your name, specialization number, bank details, and the reason for requesting a refund.
- We will process your refund within 14 days from the date we receive your email.
